A transformation of a Victorian building, formally of institutional use, into 5 luxury townhouses retaining the essence of the original architectural character. Each house a series of cloistered spaces, open floor plates and double height spaces. Built entirely by our own team of builders the project tests the potential of the office model to reassert the architect as 'master craftsman'.
